How I Work With Teams
I use Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team as a foundation. Not to lecture, but as a lens: a means of making visible the dynamics your team already feels but hasn’t been able to name. Trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, results. Each layer builds on the one before it, and most teams are stuck earlier in the sequence than they realize.
The work is structured, but it is not scripted. Every team is different, and the real traction comes from what surfaces in the room (not from a predetermined agenda).

The Workshop
Where most teams start.
A facilitated 60 or 90 minute session that gives your team a shared language for the patterns holding them back, and gives you, as the leader, a clearer picture of what’s actually happening beneath the surface.

Facilitated team workshop (in-person or virtual)
Structured exercises and guided discussion
Post-session debrief and written summary
One session. No long-term commitment. A low-risk way to find out what surfaces when someone asks the right questions.

The workshop surfaces what’s going on. The ongoing engagement is where your team does something about it. Over 3-6 months, I work with your team and with you directly to turn that awareness into habits and norms that stick.

Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching with you (the leader)
Between-session support as needed
Most teams that do the workshop want to keep going. This is where the work gets specific to what your team is actually dealing with.
