Who I Work With
Leaders & Teams
Your team is talented, but something’s off. The same points of friction keep surfacing, accountability defaults to you, and people are working around problems instead of through them. I help leaders and their teams build the trust and candor that talent alone won’t create.
Ambitious Professionals
You look successful on paper, but you don’t necessarily feel it. Maybe you’re stuck, maybe you’re questioning what’s next, maybe you can see the patterns that are holding you back but can’t seem to break them. I work with driven professionals to get underneath those patterns and build real traction.
How I Work
Clarity. Momentum. Growth. Here’s how we’ll work together:
We start with what’s real. Whether it’s a team that’s lost its rhythm or a professional at a crossroads, the starting point is an honest look at where things actually stand.
We go beneath the surface. Better processes and new strategies rarely solve what’s actually going on. The real work happens in the patterns, beliefs, and dynamics that keep people stuck.
I won’t just ask questions. I’ll challenge your assumptions, name what I see, and offer perspective grounded in real experience. When direct input will help you, I lean in.
You leave with more than insight. Every session connects back to action. Clarity without traction is just awareness.

Why I Do This Work
I’ve been there: bringing my A-game to the office every day, grinding day in and day out, only to come home and feel less than stellar. My inner critic would discredit my hard work, saying that in order to actually make an impact, to keep advancing in my career, I would have to raise the bar higher and higher. Work longer hours. Take on more (and more) projects. Until one day, I was completely burnt out - barely able to bring myself to work, let alone my best self.
Working with a coach, we unpacked how (and why) I felt so detached from my work. I discovered that I held a powerful belief: that meaning and purpose would follow from my hard work and accomplishments. Yet through working hard, accomplishments had come, in the form of exceeding KPIs and receiving promotions and raises - but here I was, unfulfilled. I wasn’t aware of how powerful this belief was, running in the background, so I doubled and tripled down, assuming that by pushing myself even harder, I would get to a place of fulfillment.
Coaching not only brought this belief into the foreground, but it also helped me realize its backward logic. I lacked a sense of meaning, a “why” I was doing what I was doing professionally, which led to my career feeling like running on a hamster wheel… until my legs finally gave out from under me. I thought I had reached a breaking point, but coaching showed me it was actually a jumping-off point, an invitation to create a new vision for the future. One in which meaning is the source of motivation, not the product of it.
My first-hand experience with coaching revealed its transformative power. How we we each have the capacity to transcend difficult circumstances. That by consciously looking inwards, asking and answering tough questions, we can challenge the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that speak to where we are, and develop new ones that serve us in getting to where we want to be. It’s hard work, but for those of us who will stop at nothing to make the most of our careers and lives, it’s work that’s worth doing.
Through coaching, I received the gift of this insight, and now I’m paying it forward.
That experience also taught me something about teams. The most talented groups I worked with weren’t always the most effective, and the gap was rarely due to skill. It was about trust, candor, and whether people were willing to have the conversations they’d been avoiding. That’s what eventually led me to facilitation work: helping teams build the kind of honesty that I had to learn for myself.
Let’s Figure Out What’s Next
It starts with a conversation about your goals, your team, or both.
No agenda. Just an honest look at whether working together makes sense.
