About Me

After 7 years in marketing, working with brands like Burger King and PayPal before a B2B software startup, I reached a critical point in my career: the success I had on paper didn’t feel like success in reality. I was certainly progressing in my career, but deep down I knew I wasn’t fulfilled. Something was missing.

To discover what that thing was, I started working with a coach. He facilitated deep self-reflection, which led to the discovery that my greatest sense of purpose comes from helping other people grow. Having made this realization, I took the biggest leap of my life: leaving full-time employment to build a career focused on coaching and consulting.

Now, I help ambitious professionals break through overwhelm, regain control, and create momentum in their careers and lives.

Beyond Coaching: My Passion for the Future of Work

Outside of my coaching practice, I’m deeply invested in the Future of Work, employee engagement, and corporate culture. Though the pandemic is in the rear-view mirror, its impact is still felt today: it forced employees to consider and reevaluate their relationship to work.

I believe that every company falls into one of two categories:

  • Those who evolve alongside changes within the workforce

  • Those who hold onto the “old ways” of doing things

The companies that embrace change will win in the long term. That’s why alongside my coaching practice, I’m building consulting services to help organizations improve their culture, engagement, and retention - ensuring that businesses and their people thrive together.

When employees feel valued, that their hard work makes a difference, they show up as the best versions of themselves. That is the thread that ties my coaching and consulting work together, and to me, is the Future of Work.

Let’s Work Together
