About Me
I spent a decade in marketing and digital strategy, from high-growth startups to agencies representing household brands like PayPal and Burger King. I know what it's like to perform at a high level while privately feeling disconnected from the work - to keep raising the bar and wondering why the accomplishments never quite land the way you thought they would.
That tension eventually led me to coaching. Working with my coach, I discovered that the fulfillment I sought wasn't going to come from another promotion or another win. It was going to come from taking a step back, to understand why I was running in the first place. This realization changed everything, and ultimately led me to leave full-time employment to build a practice helping others navigate the same types of crossroads.
I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and hold a Certified Professional Coach designation through iPEC. I've logged 500+ hours both as a coaching client and a practitioner, and I bring that depth of experience to every conversation. My approach goes beyond coaching theory to include real career experience, and my clients consistently say that distinction matters.
